Elliott Gordon, M.D.

Elliott was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He completed his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and Non-Profit Management at York University and the Schulich School of Business (Toronto, Ontario) and graduate studies in Child and Youth Health at the University of Western Ontario (London, Ontario). Elliott attended medical school at St. George’s University School of Medicine (Grenada, West Indies) and completed Pediatric Residency training at Mercer University School of Medicine (Macon, Georgia). He was twice awarded the Chair’s Achievement Award for extracurricular scholarly achievement for completion, presentation, and publication of multiple projects during his residency training. The Province of Ontario has recognized his commitment to volunteerism. He sits on multiple Boards focused on diversity, inclusion, and equity. In his spare time, he enjoys finding and cooking new recipes, pushing his physical limits at the gym or on running trails, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Michelle Ramos, M.D.

Michelle and her whole family are originally from Ecuador, where she lived until she was 8 years old. They then moved to Sarasota, FL which is where she grew up until leaving for college. She went to college at John’s Hopkins, medical school at Jefferson/Sidney Kimmel Medical College, and is finishing her pediatrics residency at NYU. Her biggest accomplishment throughout her schooling/training has been her devotion to diversity and inclusion. Her interests outside of medicine include ping pong/tennis, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new restaurants in New York City. Michelle also played tennis competitively while living in Florida.
