Athanasia Bouliari is originally from a small town on the southern peninsula of Peloponnese in Greece. She completed her Medical School in Athens, Greece, and Residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. One of Athanasia’s most rewarding accomplishments is working to help children living in significantly underserved communities in Brooklyn. Her hobbies and interests include her love for traveling, hiking, yoga, and reading.
Fran Bullard grew up near Charlotte, NC and has lived in New York, since moving here for college in 2010. She attended Barnard for college, then New York Medical College for medical school. Fran is currently finishing her residency at Children's Hospital at Montefiore in the Bronx. Outside of work, she enjoys running, playing tennis, cooking, and traveling. She is excited to be starting fellowship!
Ahsan Uddin hails from Lahore, Pakistan. On his journey to become a Pediatric Endocrinologist, he attended medical school at St. George’s University in sunny Grenada, graduating summa cum laude, then he completed his Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency at Beaumont Health, with an award for Excellent Performance during Residency, in snowy Michigan. At Beaumont Health, he had the honor of serving as a Chief Resident and Junior Faculty which allowed him to contribute to the academic and humanistic components of residents’ training. Ahsan believes that it is important for all practitioners of medicine to take time for personal development and reflection to allow for better human care. In his free time, he enjoys reading manga, playing video games, soccer, hikes and visiting parks. Ahsan’s specific areas of interest are in type 2 diabetes mellitus in youth, pediatric obesity and dyslipidemia.
